Somalia Riverine Flood Trigger

Trigger design for anticipatory action against riverine flooding on the Juba and Shabelle rivers. Three global streamflow models — GloFAS, Google Flood Hub and GEOGloWS — compete station by station against SWALIM river-gauge observations; the winners form a per-basin forecast consensus with a readiness leg at 7–12 days and an action leg at up to 6 days.
