Forecasts, ACCOF statements, RCOF outputs), AGRHYMET (PRESASS &
PRESAGG forums), and the SADC Climate Services Centre (SARCOF forum
statements back to 2002 and objective seasonal forecast maps), assembled to compare
regional consensus products against global forecasts such as ECMWF SEAS5. Sources:

Both series on a shared 0–100 wet-lean scale (50 = neutral, band = middle tercile).
Raw SEAS5: percentile of the country's seasonal forecast within its own 1993–2022
same-issue-month climatology. Regional product: the digitized country dryness score
mapped linearly (±70 → 0/100) — an absolute lean, not a percentile, so a product that systematically
floats above the SEAS5 line is wet-biased relative to SEAS5. Hover points for values.
